What is Conscious Creation?
Conscious creation is the intentional participation in creating and attracting your own life experiences, moment to moment. To particpate consciously requires an understanding of the creative process, a willingness to be very honest with Self, an open mind, and the courage and patience to explore how the esoteric creates the physical.
What do we create?
We create opportunities for experiences which are designed to help us explore a specific feeling. These experiences may include people, things and events.
How do we create?
We “create from being”. At our core, our soul is a collection of desires seeking to be explored and experienced in our lives. Each of us has a unique set of desires. These desires continually and automatically create opportunities for experiences to explore them.
What is the benefit of understanding conscious creation?
Exploring conscious creation will empower you to enjoy more fulfillment from life. As a human, you are perfectly unique, and you (as a soul) came here for a very specific purpose.

Conscious creation is about learning the soul’s intention through allowing your natural desires to surface; clearing away human obstacles such as fear, worry, judgments and beliefs; and being open to recognizing the synchronicities that light the way to the experiences that will satisfy you on a deeply feeling level.

Ultimately, the greatest benefit of understanding conscious creation is achieving a deeper understanding of yourself, your uniqueness, and your creative potential.
What is the Law of Attraction, and is it part of conscious creation?
Generally, the Law of Attraction is one of the Universal Laws. These are not laws that are enforced if we disobey they – they are facts that describe how our Universe operates, and how it responds to our actions, thoughts and choices.

Specifically, the Law of Attraction will always bring to us opportunities that we have created to experience. We as humans limit which opportunities actually enter our awareness due to our fears and beliefs. For example, we don’t attract experiences which we don’t believe we deserve – even if we created them – because it’s not a vibrational match.

The Law of Attraction isn’t something we have to learn how to use – it is an automatic process. However, understanding how it does work allows us to identify our own self-limitations such as fears, beliefs, worries or judgments that form barriers to attracting these more enjoyable opportunities.
What is the creative process?
The process of creation is:
  • Create
  • Attract
  • Receive

We are continually creating for ourselves – in fact, we create far more opportunities than we can ever experience: this is what Abundance means. We are always surrounded by our own creative potentials. Some experiences would be more enjoyable, and some less. The opportunities we actually attract and recognize will largely be determined by what our beliefs allow. Once we attract and become aware of an opportunity – when it materializes – then we choose whether or not to accept and participate, and we decide how to experience it.

For example: while driving down the street, your soul wishes to experience the feeling of compassion. Suddenly you notice a hurt dog limping along the sidewalk, raising a hurt paw. At the soul level you’ve created this opportunity. At the human level you’ve attracted and recognized it. Now comes the choice – do you simply drive on because you fear the dog may bite you, or may make you late for your destination? Or, do you open your heart, stop and try to help the hurt dog, and complete the soul’s design for the experience, taking the opportunity to see yourself for your capacity to care?
What is the Moment of Now and what is its significance to conscious creation?
A moment is not measured in seconds of time – but by one complete in and out breath.

The Moment of Now is the very crux of the creative process. The past has already occurred, and the future does not exist until you experience it through your choices. In a real sense, this very moment is the only moment that actually exists. The past is merely a memory, and the future a dream not yet realized nor experienced.

More to the point, you only exist in the Now. You are creating, attacting and receiving only in the present moment. Being fully present and engaged with life in the Now is crucial because Now is when and where we create, attract and receive.

While we are reflecting over the past, we’re not consciously creating because we are seated in the past, not the Now; when we’re worrying about the future, we’re subconsciously telling the Universe we expect those fears to come true.
Do thoughts create?
No, thoughts do not create.

The act of creation takes place before the mind is aware of it. Thoughts are, however, significant to the Law of Attraction. Regardless of the wonderful opportunities we may have just created for ourselves, we can and often do prevent ourselves from encountering many of these opportunities by talking ourselves out of them, not trusting them, or not believing that we’re worthy. Fortunately this lifelong conditioning can be changed with discipline.
What does co-creation mean?
Most of the experiences we create and attract involve other people. Everyone involved in an experience has created it together, and will experience it for their own reasons and in their own way. The Law of Attraction has brought everyone together to share a co-created experience or event.
If I'm really creating my entire life, then why isn't my life exactly the way I want it to be?
You can expect the Law of Attraction to bring you opportunities that will help you feel a certain way – appreciation, love, freedom, security and joy are examples of esoteric feeling. That doesn’t mean the exact situations will appear exactly the way we picture them. Recognizing the opportunities when they do arise is part of the adventure of life.

The opportunities are there – they do exist. Sometimes we block them through our thoughts, beliefs, or judgments. For this reason it is worthwhile to identify any belief patterns that may be preventing us from attracting the kinds of opportunities we seek.
How can I start changing my life with conscious creation?
The first step is to begin understanding how you have already been creating your life all along. That’s why it’s called “conscious” creation. Understanding and seeing the process in action demonstrates how it works and what our role is.

The next step is to know what your deepest desires are. Generally these desires are esoteric, not physical, although we often dream of them in physical representation. For example, your soul’s desire may be to experience more of a feeling of freedom in life – while your human mind might picture a sports car or a speed boat to convey that.

When you focus upon a specific desire that you feel is a pure desire of the heart and not the mind, then you will begin to notice synchronicities and opportunties begin to materialize with that theme.

If you have interfering beliefs, meaning that you don’t believe it’s possible for you to experience more freedom in life, you’ll encounter situations designed to expose this belief to help you address and challenge it.
Feelings sound very important in conscious creation ... are feelings the same as emotions?
Feelings are different from emotions. Feelings communicate with the soul, while emotions communicate between the body and the mind.
What is the role of choice in conscious creation?
Choice is everything to the conscious creation process. We choose what we create by choosing where we place our focus, and what our attitude and beliefs are.

Then, we choose whether to allow ourselves to recognize the opportunity or not through the Law of Attraction.

Finally, we choose if and how we have the experience.
How does visualization relate to conscious creation?
Visualization can stimulate the creative process. It involves our mind in agreement with a desire we are focusing upon. We may visualize a sports car or motorcycle to represent a desire to experience increased freedom or excitement in life. The key to visualization is focusing upon how we’ll feel in a particular experience. The feeling matters, the experience doesn’t – because the Universe will always co-create an experience that better meets that desire for a feeling.

As adults, we tend to dream less than when we were children, or we may discredit our dreams as not being likely, or we may put them off into the future by thinking they’re not possible now.
